The event will offer an opportunity to explore the themes of restoration, adaptive reuse, sustainability and inclusion, taking the regeneration of Venice’s island of San Servolo as its starting point. At the heart of the discussion is the restoration of the Palazzina Scirocco Pianca, illustrating how design can contribute to the enhancement of existing heritage by bringing together memory, innovation and environmental responsibility.

Aldo Pianca, Giulio Iacchetti and Luciano Marson will take part in the discussion, moderated by Giorgio Tartaro.

The event is organised in collaboration with ADI Design Museum, Pianca, Pianca & Partners and Pieces of Venice.
