Reason for the award:
In the fundamental field of education it was decided to attribute the 1970 Compasso d'Oro to the P 63 system, which allows the creation of developed school environments both for single units and in modular horizontal and vertical solutions. The return of wood as a basic material in prefabrication provides an effect of particular warmth and quality, even in the face of environmental integration problems
