TEMPO en-US

A project to reflect on the value of time and creativity

The ADI Design Museum hosts “TEMPO”, an exhibition-event conceived and curated by Giulio Iacchetti, Lorenzo Palmeri, and Matteo Ragni, in collaboration with Associazione Mercurio, GB Milano, UNI POSCA (distributed in Italy by Osama S.p.A.) and with the contribution of Vetreria Arletti.

The initiative renews the commitment of Associazione Mercurio and the Milanese artistic community to combating school dropout rates and promoting inclusion, participation, and well-being among children and young people living in socially and economically fragile contexts.

Through the languages of art and design, “TEMPO” becomes an opportunity to reflect together on the importance of giving younger generations confidence, tools, and perspectives to imagine their own future.

40 clocks, 40 interpretations of time

At the heart of the exhibition is a collection of 40 wall clocks, created on GB Milano clock faces and customized using UNI POSCA markers by 40 Italian architects, designers, artists, and creatives.

Each piece expresses a personal vision of time — a collective narrative celebrating the power of creativity as a means of free expression and personal growth.

The exhibition is conceived as a collective act of solidarity: all proceeds will be donated to “Crescere Insieme” (“Growing Together”), a free educational program by Associazione Mercurio dedicated to students from lower secondary schools in the Bovisa, Corvetto, and San Siro districts of Milan.
