Falco F.8.L. commercial/tourist airplane

A Compasso d'Oro 1960 was awarded to the Aviamilano Falco F.8.L., representing remarkable progress in the aesthetic development of civilian airplanes. As a result of his technical-aesthetic concern, the designer was able to bring elements of taste and style, in some way conditioned by the eventual commercial destination, to a correctness and a measure that make this "device" a singular example of balance between the various needs of a developing sector and a worthy recalling of the most valid elements of an ongoing formal tradition.
