Doney [14”] television

The Brionvega "Doney" TV model was awarded the Compasso d'Oro 1962 for the conceptual and formal solution which, concomitant with its technical innovation, makes no compromise to pre-existing stylistic orientations. The arrangement of the internal parts of the television allows their inclusion in a compact volume, obtained with the simple juxtaposition of two valves on a visible edge, resulting in a volume which, with its dimensions created around the front of the screen, makes no attempt to disguise itself as a piece of furniture.
